Management

• Mark Cousins - Practice Manager.  

The Practice manager is responsible for the overall running of the practice and the financial management of the medical centre

• Heidi Bell and Natalie Whiting - Assistant Practice Manager.

They are responsible for the day-to-day running of the Practice. They also co-ordinate the clinics, ensure staffing levels are maintained.

Care Coordinators

All of our Care Coordinators are well trained and experienced in dealing with patients. They understand the need for confidentiality and will always strive to make patients feel at ease. It is likely that most, if not all of your queries and concerns, can be resolved by them.

Medical Secretaries

Our Medical Secretaires carry out many administrative tasks but one of their key roles is to send referrals to private and NHS hospitals/services for our clinical team.

Admin Team

Our admin team cover a wide range of responisblties from scanning and coding letters from hospitals into our clinic system to organising insurance and subject access reports.
