The surgery is closed from 6.30pm to 8.00am each day, all weekend and bank holidays. The practice has a system to allow patients to contact the out-of-hour’s service by making no more than one telephone call. To access this service please dial the surgery on 01473 624800 to be automatically transferred.
The out of hours service telephone triage team will take your details over the phone and will give advice, refer to a clinician for call back or offer an appointment/home visit as required.
In a genuine emergency you should call 999. Chest pains and / or shortness of breath constitute an emergency.
